I’m Mark, Founder and Creative Leader.
I graduated from the Faculty of Applied Arts 20 years ago.
I didn’t inherit a business.
I built one.
Over 20 years, I’ve made hard decisions, taken real risks, and carried full responsibility
for people, clients, and outcomes.
Some days were wins.
Others were lessons paid for with time, money, and sacrifice.
I believe strong companies are built on clarity, not noise.

As a founder, my focus has never been quick success. It’s been long-term value for clients, teams, and the work itself.
Today, after 20 years in the industry, I still show up with the same hunger, stronger judgment, and a deeper sense of responsibility.
